How It Works.

The best plans are written in pencil. They bend and flex with you, around your life. Whether you're refining form, building strength, managing an injury, or chasing a race goal, we’ll check in week by week with structured support and clear feedback.

Our goal isn’t to keep forever. It’s to work with you expertly, so you know what to continue on with - and principles that build great runners.

Weekly coaching delivered online or in-person

  • Includes plan updates, feedback, and adjustments

  • Message-based support between check-ins

    This is an in-person session at the track (George Knott Reserve), where we watch you run in real time. No guesswork - changes, right in front of you. We’ll break down your form, identify what’s helping or holding you back, and build a plan to improve efficiency, reduce injury risk, and help you feel smoother, faster, and more confident.

    Includes: On-track form analysis + feedback + tailored drills and cues + weekly ongoing progress review + messaging support (reviews can be online or in-person)

  • The best plans are written in pencil - because life isn’t predictable, and neither is training.

    This is an in-person or online session where we build your running plan together. We’ll talk through your goals, schedule, strengths, and limits. Then we’ll shape a plan that adapts with you - not against you. We’ll check in, adjust based on how it feels, and make sure it’s helping you run better, not just tick boxes.

    Includes: In-person or online planning session + tailored run program + weekly ongoing review + messaging support (sessions can be online or in-person)

  • The gym is the scariest place for most runners - and also the easiest path to better running.

    This is an in-person session where we build your strength plan together in the gym (Project Better - Collingwood). We’ll go through exercises, test what feels right, and adjust based on how it affects your running. It’s about finding the balance - building form foundations, progressing strength, and making sure it fits your body and your goals.

    No wasted time. No fluff. Just purposeful sessions that support your running.

    Includes: In-person session + tailored strength plan + weekly ongoing progress review + messaging support (reviews can be online or in-person)

  • There are two types of runners: those who’ve had injuries, and those who will.

    This is an in-person session focused on understanding your injury, your goals, and your movement. We’ll assess, explain what’s going on, and build a plan that gets you back to running - not just resting. You’ll leave with clarity, not calf raises (again).

    Includes: Injury assessment + rehab plan + return-to-run guidance + weekly ongoing progress review + messaging support (reviews can be online or in-person)

Pricing:
All Coach Sessions: $35/week • Add-on service during same session: $15/week
(six week minimum subscription)

Private Health Insurance and Medical Plans:
Private Health Insurance, EPC and CDMP Plans Claimable.

Cancellations Policy:
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or not attended will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
