How It Works.

The best plans are written in pencil. They bend and flex with you, around your life. Whether you're refining form, building strength, managing an injury, or chasing a race goal, we’ll check in week by week with structured support and clear feedback.

Our goal isn’t to keep forever. It’s to work with you expertly, so you know what to continue on with - and principles that build great runners.

Weekly coaching delivered online or in-person

A training plan is just a piece of paper until life happens. Most plans treat every runner like they adapt on the same schedule, but the road to a PB is rarely a straight line. RERUN Ongoing is a conversation, not a static document. It’s my coaching logic applied to your actual life, week by week.

This is for the runner who wants to stop guessing and start building. We monitor your signals, adjust the load on the fly, and ensure that your "return-to-run" or "build-to-race" is based on readiness, not just ambition.

What it is:

  • Dynamic Programming: Weekly adjustments to your run planning and strength loading based on how you’re actually moving.

  • The Direct Line: Chat-based access to me for those "is this feeling okay?" moments.

  • Architectural Oversight: We manage the balance of speed, mileage, and recovery so you don't have to.

  • Education over Instruction: You aren't just following a plan; you're learning how to read your body’s signals.

The Cost: $35 per week (6-week minimum). The goal isn't just to finish the plan. The goal is to get to the start line ready.

Private Health Insurance, EPC and CDMP Plans Claimable.

Cancellations Policy:
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or not attended will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
