Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • How do I book and pay?

Bookings are made via Calendly, here on the website.

Online [LITE] services are paid upfront via Stripe.

In-person [PRO] and [COACH] services are scheduled through Calendly and can be paid at the appointment via EFTPOS.

  • Can I use private health insurance?

Yes - all [RE]RUN services are claimable under physiotherapy. You can pay with your private health insurance card on the day, or receive an invoice with provider details for easy claiming.

  • Can I use an EPC or CDMP from my doctor?

Yes - Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) and Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDMP) are accepted. These allow up to 5 claimable sessions with a valid GP referral.

  • Can I mix and match services?

Absolutely. You can combine online, in-person, and coaching support to suit your goals. We’ll help you build a setup that works for your training, schedule, and budget.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

We don’t really like to enforce this - life happens - but please be mindful of our time.

  • Can I get help choosing the right service?

Yes - just reach out. We’ll chat through your goals and help you pick the best fit.

You can e-mail, use the contact form on the website, or message me on Instagram

  • Do I need to be a good runner to book in?

‘Good’ is subjective. You just need to want to move better. Whether you're returning from injury, starting out, or chasing a PB - we’ll meet you where you are. You might not even be running at the time of the appointment.

  • Where will my appointment be?

    It depends on the service:

Injury consults: At our clinic (coming soon)
Form work: At the track - George Knott Reserve, where you can actually run, not just talk about it
Strength and conditioning: At Project Better Collingwood gym, where we build your plan in the environment you’ll use it

Why? Because we want to meet you where you move - on the track, in the gym, with you.

  • What’s included in COACH subscriptions?

COACH includes weekly check-ins, tailored programming, and ongoing support. You’ll get feedback, adjustments, and guidance across training, recovery, and strength. Minimum commitment is 6 weeks. Add-ons are available if you want to expand your coaching stream.

  • It's raining! Will my form session go ahead?

We’re happy to go ahead with form sessions at the track in light rain, but understand if you would rather reschedule.

Alternatively, we can have the session at Project Better in Collingwood on the treadmill if needed.

  • My question isn't here? Is it too infrequent?!

Fear not! You can always send an e-mail or message if you have any questions that weren’t covered here.
