Workshops
For runners who want to have a look and get a feel for form work. Our workshops pop up intermittently, advertised on our instagram page, and with limited numbers - 6 people per session. We go through all the basic principles and cues, from top-to-toe, so you can get an idea of how form might work for you.
How It Works.
1. Meet at the Track.
We don’t do this in a clinic room. We meet at Olympic Park Oval, where you can actually run - unbound, unrestricted, and in your natural stride.
4. Break It Down.
We’ll go through your footage together, highlighting key patterns - posture, cadence, foot strike, hip and knee mechanics, arm drive, and more. You’ll learn what’s helping, what’s holding you back, and why it matters.
2. Partner Up.
We partner up with a fellow runner and work together through the session.
5. Build Your Plan.
We walk through cues from top-to-toe, highlighting which parts will be more relevant for you and how you can build them into your running
3. Watch You Run.
We’ll observe your form in real time on your own phone - so you can keep the results. No treadmills. No forced pacing. Just you, running as you normally would.
6. Coffee.
I’ll bring some batch brew and the mugs. It’s a lot of information to take in for a morning, so you can ask any questions you might have over coffee (it’s on us).
