Mix-and-Match To Your Needs

  • That silky, gliding, cutting-through-the-air form you see from pros? It’s built.
    And those race day photos where your hips and knees are dropping? That can be fixed.

    We’ll meet on the track, film your stride, and break it down with you in real time. You’ll leave with cues, clarity, and a smoother, more efficient stride.

    Includes: In-person filming + stride breakdown + technique coaching (form analysis sessions are located at George Knott Reserve, Clifton Hill)

  • The gym can feel like enemy territory for runners but it’s the easiest path to better running.

    I know, I’d rather be running too, so we aim to make a strength plan you will actually enjoy and do. We’ll coach you through movements that matter, adjust loads, and build a strength plan that fits your goals and your training. No fluff, no wasted reps - just purposeful work that supports your running.

    Includes: In-person coaching + strength plan + technique feedback

  • There are two types of runners: those who’ve had injuries, and those who will.

    We’ll take a hands-on look at what’s bothering you, assess your movement, and help you understand what’s going on - and what to do next. There’s better plans than “take two weeks off” or “do calf raises.”

    Includes: In-person assessment + treatment guidance + training advice

Cancellations Policy:
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or not attended will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
